Product Warranty

All ROYAL STONE® sheet goods carry a 10 year written warranty on interior residential applications when properly fabricated and installed by a currently qualified ROYAL STONE® Certified Fabricator-Craftsman. Sinks carry a 3 year and Shower Pans a 5 year written warranty on interior residential applications when properly installed by a currently qualified ROYAL STONE® Certified Fabricator-Craftsman or Plumbing Contractor. Exterior sheet goods applications carry a 5 year limited warranty, and sinks applications carry a 2 year limited warranty for most applications.

Warranty claims must be made in writing. No repair, defect correction, or modification will be covered by Royal Stone's warranty if work is done prior to Royal Stone's inspection and written authorization for the work to be done. If material is to be returned, prior to shipment of materials, written authorization from Royal Stone must be obtained.
