Royal Stone® is committed to manufacturing the highest quality solid surface products, that are technologically possible, and to the advancement of solid surface state-of-the art, while offering true choices without constraints to consumers, and to provide fabricators with the industries most 'fabricator friendly' products that increase fabrication efficiency and productivity while minimizing material costs.

Company history, philosophy and purpose

Royal Stone® Industries, Inc. was created January 1997, to fill a void in the solid surface market. Since introduction, Royal Stone® has had meteoric acceptance and growth. Royal Stone® has USA clients from Hawaii and Alaska on the west to Florida and Massachusetts on the east, and internationally into Canada and Mexico, plus points in between.

Manufacturing at Royal Stone® continues to grow vertically and horizontally. With the exception of a few purchased raw materials, Royal Stone® achieved 100% vertical manufacturing in 2001. It currently manufactures the particulates that create the look, color and texture of its finished products. Another major step in expanding Royal Stone's capabilities was the addition of mold manufacturing for its cast three-dimensional sinks, shower pans and tabletops. Royal Stone's quest to identify new industries, applications and directions for company growth is the impetus that fuels its creativity and horizontal manufacturing expansion. As a result, Royal Stone's product line is continuously expanding with the ongoing introduction of new products for the kitchen and bath industry along with solid surface applications in other industries.

Through extensive market analysis, focusing on consumer and fabricator input as well as economics, Royal Stone® has clearly defined its niche. The distillation of the information gathered, concluded that the big national manufacturers didn't or couldn't be responsive to users and/or fabricators wants and needs. In addition, they didn't or couldn't be responsive to change their standard line items in a timely manner. If they would consider making special custom orders, they require large minimums and long lead times.

Filling the void, Royal Stone® chose to offer consumers true freedom in the selection of color and pattern coupled with color matched sinks, shower pans & wall enclosures, and tabletops available from all of the colors it produces. Listening to the fabricator, Royal Stone® is committed to providing material in ways that increase fabricator productivity and minimize waste.
